DEMOCRATIC candidate Tulsi Gabbard has dropped out the race, leaving only two remaining candidates, Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders in the race.
She became very popular in some quarters, due to her anti-war stance, and also became the first female combat veteran to run as a Presidential candidate. During her campaign, she combined a progressive left-wing policy platform, with a strong anti-war stance, which earned much support and ire from all sides of the political spectrum.
During her time campaigning, she received endorsements from varying sources, from former Democratic politicians (like Mike Gravel, the former U.S. Senator for Alaska, who also endorses Sanders), former Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul and musician Sean Ono Lennon, among others. She earned much media airtime, including with prominent commentators like libertarian writer John Stossel and Fox News host Tucker Carlson. Some moments of her campaign went viral, like her confrontation with Kamala Harris during the Democratic debates. She was also insinuated as a ‘Russian asset’ by former Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, of which is the subject of an ongoing legal case.
Hey @TulsiGabbard How can a light that shined so brightly suddenly grow so pale ?

Yikes, Tulsi dropped out and endorsed… diehard warmonger Joe Biden
Gabbard made her name as an anti-war candidate, correctly calling out Hillary Clinton as the "queen of warmongers"… but is now supporting a demented neoliberal hawk
US politics is a perpetual disappointment https://t.co/ukkkwZc3G7
