Holland has raised its terrorism threat level to an unprecedented high of 5 and campaigning in the provincial elections has been suspended as a Turkish born man is on the run and wanted in connection with a shooting on a busy tram.

Some reports are suggesting multiple gunmen maybe on the run in addition to Gökman Tanis, 37, the man pictured above.
One person is confirmed dead and several were injured in the incident which has been described as possibly having a “terrorist motive” by counter-terrorist authorities. The shooting began at 10.45am local time (9.45am UK time) when a gunman opened fire in a tram at 24 Oktoberplain, a square outside the city centre.
