DAVID DAVIS – the minister responsible for negotiations with the EU – has resigned as Brexit secretary sparking calls for weak and unstable Theresa May to step down as Prime Minister.
Brexit minister Steve Baker, has also stepped down along with his boss.
The shock move comes as the Maybot faces intense backlash due to her ‘Soft-Brexit’ stance.
The cabinet – including Mr Davis – all signed up to the proposals after a meeting at Chequers last week.
Tories are now openly calling for a leadership challenge to end the disastrous Theresa May premiership that his limped along since she lost a General Election last year.
Sources have told Politicalite that next major name to resign could be Boris Johnson, the Foreign Secretary.
Theresa May’s days are looking numbered.
