The groundswell of support for a clean Brexit is something that, unsurprisingly, the mainstream media is blanking.
Meanwhile, as part of the anti-Brexit drumbeat, Labour MPs are being pressured to support a second referendum but in doing so many would be totally betraying their constituents.
For example, the people of Sunderland want Brexit to go ahead even if it means a WTO exit. The Sunderland Echo found in its readers poll that over 70% backed Brexit with no deal.
Sunderland, is of course, overwhelmingly represented by Labour MPs and Jeremy Corbyn is doing everything he can to take a WTO Brexit off the table. Whether he is doing so because he is being held hostage by the Parliamentary Labour Party and liberal Labour activists is of course another question entirely.
Derby, another Leave-supporting city, cheered no deal Brexit to the rafters on Thursdays Question Time, much to the embarrassment of the Brussels Broadcasting Corporation. Faced with the sheer horror of Mrs Mays deal, Brexiteers are turning decisively towards a Clean Brexit.
