BREAKING: James Goddard RELEASED after fears he could have been held ‘Until Monday’

ACTIVIST James Goddard was BARRED from Westminster on Saturday evening after he was arrested for alleged ‘public order offences’ relating to an incident with British lawmaker Anna Soubry, in which the Tory MP was called a ‘Nazi’.

Goddard, 28 has now been released on the terms that mean he is practically barred from London and Westminster and is barred from Soubry’s constituency.

It was originally feared that the activist would be detained until Monday after Met Police boss Cressida Dick allegedly called for the activist to be detained by denying him bail.

Raheem Kassam also tweeted: “After Cressida Dick’s intervention James was first going to be denied bail. Now they have released him on the terms that he CANNOT be in London, CANNOT go near Parliament, and CANNOT go to Anna Soubry’s constituency.

We can also reveal that Tommy Robinson’s legal team has been working with Goddard since he was arrested.

Goddard, who jointly set up the “UK Yellow Vests” protest group along with ‘Justice For Our Boys’ campaigner Tracy Blackwell, was arrested on Saturday morning by Met Police in London outside St James’ Tube station at around 11.40am.

James was in Central London for the start of a planned ‘day of action’ by the ‘Yellow Vest’ group across the capital and the rest of the UK.

Sources told us that Mr Goddard was planning to ‘hand himself in at Holborn police station at midday’.

“He knew if he went there today it was coming.” said our source.

“He’s got Tommy’s legal team working with him.”

Goddard’s Twitter account posted a message stating: “To everyone that has been following today’s events I am glad that the narrative of the establishment is now plain to see.”

Yesterday, Goddard exclusively spoke to Politicalite.com about the yellow vests to ‘set the record straight’ after false mainstream media allegations that the Yellow Vests were connected to the so-called ‘far right’.

Kassam added: “After Cressida Dick’s intervention James was first going to be denied bail. Now they have released him on the terms that he CANNOT be in London, CANNOT go near Parliament, and CANNOT go to Anna Soubry’s constituency.

“The police are believed to have also imposed limits on where Goddard is able to go in London, keeping him out of Westminster and therefore removing his right to protest in favour of Brexit.

“Cressida Dick is said to have told police that she personally felt “alarmed and distressed” that Goddard might be let out of jail for the rest of the weekend.”

The Met told Politicalite reporter Darrell Goodliffe in a statement: “We can confirm that a man  was arrested at 11.42hrs on Saturday, 12 January outside St James Park tube station on suspicion of a public order offense.”

It’s all been done before in places like USSR, East Germany and the other satellite countries under their jackboot. Now in our own country with our politicised police “services”.

It has always ended badly as it will here when the people have had enough.

    It has started.

Well, Ms DICK, I can tell you that I’m personally alarmed and distressed that Goddard has been taken into jail at all!

The old soviet dictators must be laughing their a$$es of in their Kremlin sarcophaguses seeing that Britain, and the rest of Europe, has turned into more than the soviet ever dreamt of!

So now can we get all the leftosts shouting nazi, fadvist, islamophobe arrested and put on bail conditions.
Seems to me the Cressida Dick is now blatantly a biased political activist.
Lawyers should demand equal treatment for all.
