A NEW GROUNDBREAKING DOCUMENTARY ON IMMIGRATION IS BEING RELEASED TODAY BY ‘CONTROVERSIAL’ POLITICAL COMMENTATOR LAUREN SOUTHERN.
DESCRIBED on Wikipedia as a ‘Canadian political activist, internet celebrity, YouTuber, writer and documentary film director’, the uber-intelligent, frustratingly beautiful Lauren Southern has been rattling cages recently with her explosive new documentary, Borderless.
Southern – a fierce truth-seeker – made headlines across the world in In March 2018 when she and her colleagues were all denied entry to the United Kingdom after simply trying to make a visit to cover a pro-free speech demonstration. Southern was bizarrely questioned under the Schedule 7 of the Terrorism Act 2000, bringing to light for many the stark reality of how the British establishment is actively censoring conservative thought.
Her new documentary, OUT NOW, focuses on one of the most debated topics of our generation: immigration, border control, and the affect that mass immigration is having on Western civilisaton.
I caught up with Lauren before today’s launch to talk about the movie and the conclusions she’s drawn from making it.
“Many people are probably expecting something you usually see from pundits on the right” She tells me. “Mass migration is hurting Europe and therefore current migration policy is bad. While that is a well and good argument, that is not the story of Borderless.”
“Borderless will not placate you with talking points. It won’t make you take a side. It will hopefully force those on either side to realize there’s an entirely different way to look at this crisis. One built by being there and not theorizing. We’ve spent far too long inviting the world into Europe because we were told that is the good and decent thing to do. Why did we decide that was a decent thing to do? Well, we were told it was the way to help people, to give them a better life, the life they deserved! Unfortunately we didn’t spend much time checking to see if that hope was truly the result of our actions though. We acted on impulse, on a desire to be perceived as decent and kind, but it seems the result of this conditionless invitation has once again been a misguided blunder by well-meaning ill considered Western bleeding hearts.”
“It’s reminiscent of the Toms shoes situation where people did not realize the “buy a shoe give a shoe” policy was devastating local shoe industry and self sustainability in certain areas. If we don’t take our time to educate ourselves fully on issues and the outcome of our actions then we cannot truly apply the terms “good” or “moral” to them.”
“There’s little virtue in acting out of attention-seeking rather than a calculated educated plan to help people every step of the way. Borderless is about another similar “virtuous” plan unleashed on Europe and immigrants with only one step. No borders, invite the world in because it sounds good.”
“There is only one problem with that; actually there’s about about a thousand. How do they get there? What do they do when they get there? Does Europe have the sustainability to help them? Does Europe have the systems in place to process them all? How do we know we are not infact inviting in the very oppressive people others are fleeing from? What has happened to the European people as a result of this mass influx? Do their concerns not matter? Are they not human beings we should care about as well? Without asking these questions among many more, the butterfly effect of one’s thoughtless virtue signalling can have devastating consequences. Even for the very people they are attempting to help.”
Borderless is OUT NOW and contains rare footage and interviews, providing an invaluable, shocking insight into the true extent of the migration problem.
