IT IS a ‘special relationship’ that has helped both countries through two world wars, yet it won’t be around for much longer if the Lib Dems come into power. Just this morning, the lunatic’s party’s leader sent out a damaging tweet in fierce opposition of Trump and the US – on the day that the President touches down on British soil.
“Visit of Trump becoming a nightmare for UK” wrote democracy-denying Vince Cable, whose party, the Liberal Democrats, opposes both the President AND Brexit. “He is no friend of Britain and enemy of our values and interests.”
Crony Cable then went on to state “Climate Emergency, destroying WTO trade system, and warmongering with China and Iran. End of Special relationship.”
Not intent on trying to stop the will of the British people, who voted overwhelmingly to leave the European Union in 2016, the LibDem’s now seek to derail trade talks with our closest ally and to scrap our longstanding, highly-rewarding relationship with America.
Trump has yet to respond to Cable’s tweet, but it expected that in all likelihood he will ignore it. That’s if he even knows who irrelevant Vince is, of course.
