BONKING Brexiteer Boris and Commie Corbyn are gearing up for a massive head-to-head debate, the first of its kind in a General Election.
The ‘Presidential Style’ TV-debate will see the two leaders jout in an hour-long extravaganza on ITV tonight at 8pm – and both have everything to loose.
Lib Dem and SNP moans have also been silenced after the High Court ruled Britain’s biggest commercial broadcaster was not in breach of impartiality rules by only inviting Boris and Corb.
The ruling paved the way for the debate to go ahead after TV bosses decided to give us what we’ve all been waiting for – a cutthroat debate between the only two candidates who can become PM.
ITV said in a statement: “We welcome the court’s decision and will continue with our comprehensive election coverage as planned.”
The Prime Minister took to Jimmy Egan’s Boxing Gym in working-class Wythenshawe to warm up and released a video online.
Labour is trailing in the opinion polls, with Boris riding high – so Mr Corbyn goes into the event taking place in Salford and will be hoping to make up ground on the Tories.
The Labour leader has come under fire over his refusal to say which way he would vote, even though other senior figures including Mr McDonnell and shadow foreign secretary Emily Thornberry have made clear they would back Remain.
