ANOTHER COVER UP! We Buy Any Car puts TOWEL over head of Phillip Schofield cut-out

PHILLIP Schofield has suffered another PR car-crash, after WeBuyAnyCar put a TOWEL over the disgraced This Morning hosts head amid Queue-jump gate and alleged grooming.

Schofield, 60 was sensationally sacked as the face of last night following the Queue-gate row, with a petition to sack him from This Morning hitting a whopping 75k.

One store however, took things even further and gave Shcofe a taste of his own cover-up medicine by throwing a green towel over his head on a cut out.

A source told The Sun last night: “The We Buy Any Car ads are among the most regularly shown on telly – everyone knows them and the little tune that goes with it, and Phillip has been on them since 2018.”

“It’s a massive deal, worth seven figures, but next week they’re shooting a new campaign and he’s not involved in any of it.”

PHILLIP Schofield has been well and truly burned by his former This Morning co-host Fern Britton as he faces a massive backlash over Queue-jump gate and alleged grooming.

Now, after 13 years of fueding, Fern has re-emerged to put the final nail in Schofes coffin, tweeting about the queue row.

The much-loved presenter, who quit This Morning after seven years in 2009 after a well-publicised fued with her former on-screen telly husband took a sly dig at Schofe, who is facing calls to quit the ITV show.

Fern, 65 said she felt “undervalued by ITV” adding that she was “living in Phil’s shadow”, but insiders claim the fallout was much deeper than reported at the time.

Four years after her exit, Phillip revealed that they were no longer on speaking terms, telling Heat magazine: “We were involved in the show and mates at the time, but we don’t really. I see Phil [Fern’s then-husband, chef Phil Vickery] when he’s in This Morning… But we’re not in touch now.”
