The #GiletsJaunes or Yellow Vests are a working class movement which has spread across Europe so, of course, they are hated by Eurocrats like Guy Verhofstadt. Verhofstadt who has been somewhat in crafting the ball and chain otherwise known as the Withdrawal Agreement took to Twitter to claim the Yellow Vests have been “infiltrated”:
The #GiletsJaunes have clearly been hijacked by the alt-right. Nevertheless a revolution is needed, one that can break the old political order and bring revolution to the hallways of European democracy. #EP2019 #GenerationEurope https://t.co/suBhKKKjg4

Meanwhile in France, the birthplace of the movement, leftist MP’s are pushing a vote of no confidence in Macron. Only an absolute majority of MPs will be needed to vote for the motion for it to pass.
Jean-Luc Mélenchon, founder of far-left populist movement France Unbowed (La France Insoumise), has called for a fifth weekend of protest: “I believe that Act Five of the citizens’ revolution in our country next Saturday will be a moment of great mobilisation.”
Clearly, Eurocrats like Verhofstadt are afraid of the Yellow Vests and can only use smears to disguise their contempt for ordinary Europeans who challenge the Eurocracy as they have shown time and time again during the Brexit process by seeking to punish Britain for having the audacity to want to leave.
