GENERATION Identity activists have been cleared of all charges after being charged for ‘Hate Crime.’
In May, Austrian authorities charged 17 leading figures in the Identitarian movement including Martin Sellner with a variety of charges including forming a criminal organisation, hate speech, property damage and coercion.
Yesterday, however, the accused were acquitted of the main charges of promoting hate speech and of forming a criminal organisation.
After a long month of court dates, the verdict for the Austrian Generation Identity trial is finally in:
NOT guilty of hate speech.
NOT guilty of being a criminal organization.

GI is a Europe-wide movement which speaks out on the Islamisation of Europe and the wave of illegal migration which spreads its message through peaceful activism. Stopping the Islamisation of Europe and opposing globalisation are amoung its core aims.
So, an inspiring victory for free speech in Austria. Let’s hope we can soon see a similar victory in the UK with the release of Tommy Robinson.
