A BRAVE Soldier has spoken out against the political witch hunt against Army recruits who had a picture taken with Tommy Robinson.
The Army responded by dismissing one of the lads in the photo and launched an investigation into the picture and video and supported the MCB who have previously called for attacks on Britain’s armed forces.
Following the events, one brave British soldier, Will Murray, 20 refused to blur his face to speak out and support his fellow troops and our Tommy.
Murray, who is based in Edinburgh said that he met the political activist on Friday in Glasgow and spoke about the incident, he later posted a photo to social media.
He exclusively told Politicalite: “I didn’t blur my face because we shouldn’t need to… we have the right to our own opinions.”
He refused anonymity to protect himself from possible repercussions from Army top brass and urged others who support the recruits and Tommy the same to do the same.
Will said: “The message I give to other soldiers who are thinking it, is that we are all entitled to our own Freedom of Speech.”
