ANDREW Boff, a London-wide Tory member of the London Assembly, used Mayors Question Time to launch an on-point attack on the “intolerance” of Mayor Khan and more generally the “attack on free speech” within Labour.
Mr Boff was asking why Peter Tatchell had not been invited to the Mayors Pride reception: “Peter Tatchell asked a question at the last Pride reception and is cut out and excluded from the next one.”
Margaret Hodge raises the issue of anti-Semitism with Jeremy Corbyn and gets disciplinary action.”
Freedom of speech seems to be under attack within the Labour Party. How will this intolerance of criticism, Mr Mayor, affect the remainder of your mayoralty?”
In an astonishing display of arrogance, Khan suggested Mr Boffs comments were the reason he “never won elections.” Hitting back, Boff said he was “amazed” that Khan had failed to “fulfill his statutory obligations” and answer any of his questions.
Mr Khan continues to demonstrate his blantent unfitness for the office he occupies and how him and his Party need kicking out of office in London.
