APPEASER Theresa has decided to speak for the whole of Britain and has said ‘Britain supports South Africa’ in its seizure of white farms.
White South African farmers will have their land illegally seized without compensation.
In 2017/18 47 White Farmers were killed according to figures compiled by AgriSA, a federation of South African agricultural organisations.
South Africa’s ruling ANC has drawn up a list of almost 200 farms it planned seize from white farmers.
The SA Rand fell on financial markets last week after ANC chair Gwede Mantashe, an ally of South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, said that major landowners should have their land taken without compensation.
On her tour of Africa, May said: “The UK has for some time now supported land reform. Land reform that is legal, that is transparent, that is generated through a democratic process,”
“It’s an issue that I raised and discussed with President Ramaphosa when he was in London earlier this year.
“I’ll be talking about it with him later today.”
May said “Provided it’s done legally” just like the Nazi confiscations of Jewish property were also “legal”.
May has been accused of channelling Chamberlain’s appeasement of Hitler during the run-up to the Second World War.
Her rhetoric sparks a contrast with US President Donald Trump, who has backed the plight of White Farmers.
Mr Trump attacked the farm seizers and said he had asked Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to look into the South African “land and farm seizures” and “killing of farmers”, South Africa accused Trump of “stoking racial divisions.”
Gerard Batten, leader of UKIP, slammed May’s comments saying: “Theresa May says she supports land reform in South Africa that is legal. Many countries in the world have taken actions which are ‘legal’, but that doesn’t make them morally right.”
“It is reprehensible that Mrs May is standing shoulder to shoulder with the leader of a country who enacts these racist policies. This government has no credibility whatsoever when it speaks of protecting human rights if it looks the other way when our supposed international partners commit abuses.”
“White farmers are having their land taken away, they are being attacked and murdered for no other reason than they are white. It should be the duty of international leaders to speak up against what is a form of ethnic cleansing, not condone it by mealy-mouthed references to legality,” he added.
Former Breitbart Editor and Conservative Commentator Raheem Kassam told Politicalite: “May says she backs the racist land grabs if it is ‘legal’.
Well, by that logic the theft of Jewish property by the National Socialist Party of German was technically ‘legal’. That didn’t make it right or okay.
May is revealing that not only does she have no political backbone, she has no moral backbone either. It’s a really sad day when the British PM goes grovelling to a government like that in South Africa. It’s Chamberlain all over again.”
