BORIS Johnson has given Off Licences the green-light to remain open amid the Coronavirus pandemic so that Brits can carry on drinking from home after pubs were forced to close last week.
On Monday the PM put Britain into lockdown asking Brits to stay home and only leave home for essentials – and now beer, wine and spirits will be added to the list.
The Government said: “off-licences and licensed shops selling alcohol, including those within breweries.” we’re essential services.

The move follows a US Mayors decision to reverse a law to close Denver’s liquor and marijuana stores after residents began panic buying booze and weed.
