MAD Russian tyrant Vladimir Putin has suggested to Ukraine that his forces will cease military action if it gives away territory.
Putin wants his hands on the separatist regions of Luhansk and Donetsk, and wants Ukraine to accept Crimea as Russian territory as part of a deal to end the war.
The deal would see Luhansk and Donetsk recognised as separatist regions and mean Ukraine was a “neutral” country.

Dmitry Peskov, a Kremlin spokesman said: “We really are finishing the demilitarisation of Ukraine.”
“We will finish it. But the main thing is that Ukraine ceases its military action.”
“They should stop their military action and then no one will shoot,” Peskov said, despite widespread international condemnation of the war.
Ukrainian President Zelensky had previously rejected an “immoral” conditional offer from Moscow to allow the evacuation of civilians from besieged Ukrainian cities as long as they mostly travelled to Russia and Belarus, President Putin’s ally reported The Times of London.
