BALLS OF STEEL: Mark Dolan Joins GB News

AWARD-winning broadcaster, writer and comedian Mark Dolan is joining GB News with a prime-time programme. 

The former host of Channel 4’s Balls of Steel will host Tonight Live with Mark Dolan on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. 

He will also appear regularly on other programmes across the GB News schedule.  

Mark joins from talkRADIO where he hosted Drivetime for two years, building it into one of the most talked-about shows on UK radio. His videos on current affairs issues frequently went viral on social media. 

During more than 20 years in broadcasting, Mark’s versatility has seen him host current affairs, documentary and entertainment programmes alongside numerous appearances on reality television and quiz shows.

He’s been a regular pundit on Sky News, survived a stint on Channel 4’s The Jump, appeared on Celebrity Mastermind and won Celebrity Come Dine with Me.  

“I’ve had a wonderful time at talkRADIO but the opportunity to shake up current affairs broadcasting with GB News is just too good to miss,” he said. 

“My show will tackle the issues that really matter to people across the United Kingdom in a stimulating, informative but entertaining way. My one promise is that it won’t be boring!” 

Late Night Live with Mark Dolan premieres this Friday 23rd July at 9pm on GB News. 

Meanwhile Nana Akua will launch a new programme, Nana Akua, which will air Saturday and Sunday afternoons at 3pm.

She will also continue to be part of the team hosting The Great British Breakfast on Fridays.
