DARREN Grimes was suspended from GB News, show insiders have told Politicalite.
The host of “Real Britain” on the right-leaning channel was not on air over the weekend and was replaced by Calvin Robinson, an ordained right-wing Anglican priest.
A GB News insider told Politicalite: “Looks like he’s gone, but I’ve not heard anything official.”
James Heale, the Diary Editor for The Spectator revealed in early September that Grimes was “understood” to be leaving the channel, that launched in 2021 to massive media hype.

Grimes denied the claims and said: ”This is news to me. I love GB News, the values of the channel and those that tune in to watch my show. I’’m on holiday.”
The sacking is said to be linked to a recent social media storm in which Grimes was slated for attacking King Charles in which he said his majesty was “less Crown Prince” more “Clown Prince”.

Grimes has since deleted all of his Tweets and has changed his picture to ”black” leading to speculation on the social media site and is the currently one of the top trends in the UK.
