TRAGIC TV Host Caroline Flack wrote a note on her iPhone hours before she died, it has been revealed.
The troubled star attacked a newspaper that published pictures of her bedroom and also claimed the picture was SOLD to The Sun and claimed that the blood was her blood.
She said: “For a lot of people, being arrested for common assault is an extreme way to have some sort of spiritual awakening, but for me its become the normal.”
She added that she felt like she had been hitting the snooze button on many of her stresses and also claimed that she had accepted some “toxic opinions on my life for over 10 years and I told myself it’s all part of the job. No complaining.”
“The problem with brushing things under the carpet is… they are still there and one day someone is going to lift that carpet up and all you are going to feel is shame and embarrassment.”
She said that within the 24 hours of her arrest her “whole world and future was swept from under my feet and all the walls that I had taken so long to build around me, collapsed. I am suddenly on aa different kind of stage and everyone is watching it happen.”
