THE FIGHTBACK: We’re taking Google and PayPal To Court… Are YOU In?

POLITICALITE has had enough of being the little guy who’s kicked to the ground by big tech over in Silicon Valley, and we have decided to fight back.

After legal advice from multiple lawyers, we are confident that we have a case against Google, legally known as ‘Alphabet Inc.’ and also PayPal, two companies that have been invovled in attacking Politicalite UK LTD, simply for expressing political thought, something that is protected by the Human Rights Act 1998 and the European Convention on Human Rights.

PayPal is now holding our funds, donated by you and in December 2018 Google wrongfully banned us from using their Advertising Display systems, that damaged our business.

Any form of censorship is considered to be discrimination under Article 14 of the Human Rights Act 1998 and the European Convention on Human Rights is ILLEGAL.

We are supposed to enjoy the rights and freedoms set forth by our laws, but Google, PayPal and the British Government is abusing these laws to suppress the press.

One legal expert told Politicalite: “Instead of letting the establishment and the corporations go for the damage they have done. Fundraise a powerful solicitor and then sue them for political discrimination.”

And that’s exactly what we are going to do, but we need your help, and this is going to cost us THOUSANDS.

Google is the market leader in Online Advertising and without them, they can make or break an outlet such as ours, thankfully our readers came to our rescue and sent in donations to keep us afloat temporarily.

Breitbart reported: “Google’s ad team informed Politicalite in December 2018 that our reposting of an article from website ‘Voice of Europe’ about French right-winger Marine Le Pen violated its policies, although the tech giant would not explain precisely how.”

After we removed the article and filed an appeal, Google continued to refuse ad service us, we last re-applied last month, and again they refused.

Google is taking advantage of its market share to suppress our website, and so is other big tech, like Facebook and that’s thanks to Government pressure, claimed Breitbart.

Even after you donated following attacks by Google, Paypal then FROZE our account and is refusing to release the funds, donated by YOU.

The Government and MPs are actively fighting alternative news and smear this working-class outlet ran by the people, for the people as ‘Fake News’.

We’ve been branded the ‘Nationalist Darkweb’ by Politico, and The Spectator branded us ‘Extremists’… why? simply because we report real honest news to the people of Britain, and we call out the problems in our very unfair, and undemocratic country.

It’s not just right-wing sites like ours that are being attacked, over on the left, sites like The Canary and Evolve Politics are also being targeted by a mysterious group called ‘Stop Funding Fake News’ – sources tell us this has come ‘direct the Westminster swamp.’

SFFN is attacking Politicalite and sites like Westmonster and The Canary and Evolve Politics… We don’t agree with the politics of the latter two, but we know they’re not ‘extremists’ either – they just have a alternative view, they are entitled to that view, and they are also run by working-class people.

The British Government has no right to dictate what you read, or what media you consume, that is your right.

The Government has no right to control the media, they have no right to suppress the media, yet they do.

Why do you think sites like ours are being ‘suppressed’ and ‘defunded’ yet newspapers like News Corp (Owns the Times, The Sun) and Reach PLC (Owns The Daily Mirror, The Star and Express) – the BBC, ITV/ITN and Sky can operate fairly freely, and freely generate money to operate? Because the Government still has a level of influence over them, with sites like ours… they don’t, and that’s why they are so afraid.

Britain calls out brutal regimes such as North Korea, and China for Media Suppression, yet that’s exactly what our Government is doing in YOUR name, with the help of big tech in Silicon Valley.

We are going to take Google and PayPal to court, not for money, but to show that thee companies cannot suppress businesses and media outlets, simply because they criticize the Government.

Freedom is about having a free press, whether those outlets be Pro-Government, Anti-Government, Left or Right, its all about letting the reader consume multiple outlets, and make a decision or opinion themselves.

Article 10 of the Human Rights Act 1998 and the European Convention of Human Rights shows that we have the right to Freedom of expression.
