ABC was once America’s most trusted name in news, but footage aired on the network over the weekend would have Peter Jennings turning in his grave.
In what many believe an attempt to stitch up U.S. President Donald J. Trump after his decision to withdraw U.S. forces from endless wars in the Middle East, delivering on yet another 2016 campaign promise – ABC’s World News Tonight aired a video from Syria that supposedly showed Turkish forces ‘attacking’ Kurdish civilians complete with fireballs and bombs.
“This video, right here, appearing to show Turkey’s military bombing Kurd civilians in a Syrian border town,” World News host Tom Llamas said on October 13th.7

“This video, obtained by ABC News, appears to show the fury of the Turkish attack on the border town of Tal Abyad two nights ago,” an ABC News reporter said during the report.
This, however, as usual with the fake news media was NOT the case.
Whilst it is true Turkey has been ‘heavy-handed’ with the Kurds, slaughtering many – the attack that ABC broadcast turned out to be from a 2017 Kentucky Military Show… yes, really.
The footage also appeared to be doctored and the ABC News team may have lowered the resolution (making the video darker) because the 2017 footage initially showed crowds holding up smartphones that were filming the military gun demonstration… but how does a major news operation that’s been going since 1945 get it so incredibly wrong?
ABC News said in a statement to Gizmodo: “We’ve taken down video that aired on ‘World News Tonight Sunday’ and ‘Good Morning America’ this morning that appeared to be from the Syrian border immediately after questions were raised about its accuracy. ABC News regrets the error,”
CNN is also being hammered by the Alt-Media tonight as a massive undercover video drop reveals the lengths the anti-Trump mainstream media will stoop too to keep the leftist narrative at the forefront of the debate, thankfully with the rise in ‘citizen journalism,’ these crooks are busted for the charlatans they are.
