AN IRANIAN weapons depot in Syria has been attacked by fighter jets according to Arabic media.
The depot which is one of the biggest in Syria, is located close to Aleppo and was reportedly being used by Hezbollah and other Iranian militias in Syria.
Sources say the aerial strike was launched by fighter jets and that ther area had been evacuated following fears of an Allied attack.
The attack on the Iranian depot comes 24 hours after the United States, Britain, and France launched a series of airstrikes on a number of military targets belonging to the Assad regime.
Targets included a Chemical Weapons storage site and a bunker 15 miles west of Homs.
Britain launched EIGHT Storm Shadow cruise missiles from the sky as the US and France provided support from the sea and in fighter jets.
