The fakestream smear campaign against UKIP in general and its leader Gerard Batten MEP in particular continues apace. Mr Batten revealed on Twitter this morning that a British journalist visited the family of his wife in the Philippines to tell them about his ‘strong’ immigration policy:
This morning I heard that a British journalist has visited my wife’s family in the Philippines asking about me and telling them how ‘strong’ my immigration policy is. This how desperate the despicable MSM is. If I can get the name & number I will publish it on twitter.

It should, of course, go without saying that such behaviour is beneath contempt, it is quite one thing to disagree with someones politics and quite another to attempt to blatantly interfere in a persons private life and try and cause division in their marriage and family. Equally, it is clear that this contemptible campaign is deliberately timed to knock UKIP and Batten off-balance just as Brexit is about to be stabbed in the back.
No wonder people are turning their back on the mainstream media in their droves.
