ON THE UP: UKIP Membership Soars Past 26,000!

If you listen to the mainstream media narrative then you would be forgiven for thinking that UKIP was wracked by crisis and on a massive downward spiral. However, in an email sent to members today, Gerard Batten revealed that membership of the Party has now passed 26,000.

Rather scandalously, critics of the leadership such as Suzanne Evans who resigned from the Party today, have been reduced to effectively demonising the new members as ‘infiltrators’ who are apparently part of a subversive “Momentum-style takeover.” Her evidence appears to be that Tommy Robinson called for people to join UKIP which he, of course, did.

She also told Iain Dale on his LBC show that Tommy had said UKIP had pushed him into organising the Brexit Betrayal march on December 9th and that furthermore, he had said he wasn’t “really bothered about Brexit” – something that Tommy has never in fact said and in fact he has consistently stated his opinion to be the precise opposite.

Meanwhile, Gerard Batten called on people to attend the march in London two days before the Parliamentary vote on the sell-out deal:“I call on all Brexiteers across the nation to join us this Sunday in London to send a message loud and clear that the British people will not accept Mrs May’s total capitulation to the European Union. I and many other pro-Brexit voices from across the UK and internationally will be speaking at this cross-party event. Let’s show the establishment that democracy demands Brexit and that nothing short of the return to Britain’s total independence from the EU is what the people voted for on June 23rd, 2016.”

The details of the event are below:-

ASSEMBLE: 11:45 am, outside The Dorchester Hotel, Park Lane, London W1K 1QA

MARCH: begins 12:15 pm, from PARK LANE to WHITEHALL

RALLY: 1:00 pm (to start), OPPOSITE Downing Street, London SW1A 2AA
