UKIP has announced its annual conference and this year the party and its activists will descend upon the historic seaside town of Worthing at the Dome.
The Dome is a Grade II Edwardian building which oozes character. It opened in 1911 and is now one of the UK’s oldest operating cinemas.
The conference will consist of three key events over the two days:
Fringe Day 10am – 5pm, Sunday 17th October
The Fringe Day will be a collection of smaller events and meetings taking place throughout the day. This will include Candidate Training, the Inaugural meeting of the UKIP Veterans Association, Meet the NEC, Young Independence Event, Members Policy Discussion & Presentation, Membership & Branch Support Desk and Fringe Speakers to name just a few
UKIP Gala Dinner: 7pm – midnight, Sunday 17th October
Members will be treated to a 3-course menu, Leader’s Speech, Fundraising Fun and after Dinner Entertainment. Menu TBC
Main Conference Day: 10am – 5pm, Monday 18th October
The Main Conference Day will consist of a jam-packed roster of key speakers from inside and outside of the party on topics all key to UKIP. There will also be a number of internal stalls along with a pop-up UKIP Shop where members can stock-up on UKIP merchandise. Results of the party’s Leadership and NEC Elections will also be announced with a speech given by the new Party Leader.
Bar Facilities
The venue’s bar will be open to members throughout both days with tea and coffee being served to attendees on arrival.
