
FRESH off his headline Wembley Stadium performance at Capital’s 2023 Summertime Ball, British rapper ArrDee has made his feature film acting debut in the latest instalment of the wildly popular Footsoldier franchise, Rise of the Footsoldier: Vengeance, which is out now nationwide in UK cinemas.
Since topping multiple international charts with 2021 single ‘Oliver Twist’, ArrDee is set to portray sweet-talking bartender Stevey, described as a striking pivotal role, joining a cast led by franchise mainstays Craig Fairbrass, Jamie Foreman and Josh Myers alongside newcomers Tara Fitzgerald, Sadie Frost and Ben Wilson.




Named by NME as “the UK’s next leading rap star”, the Brighton-born rapper who has regularly appeared on the UK Official Singles Top 100 Chart (alongside playing Glastonbury 2022 as part of the lead-up to his debut international tour, amassing a variety of celebratory plaques from the British Phonographic Industry despite not having released an album yet.

His latest single with Bugzy Malone ‘One Direction’ comes off the back of a busy tour schedule which has seen ArrDee tear down sets at Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Dundee, Park Life Festival for Aitch’s homecoming show.

He’s the biggest breakthrough UK artist of last year, scoring 5 UK Top 10’s) and Rise of the Footsoldier: Vengeance sees fan-favourite character Pat Tate embark on a rampage to avenge his loyal and trusted footsoldier’s violent death, venturing beyond his comfort zone of Essex into the dark side of 90s Soho.
Director Nick Nevern returns to helm the sixth instalment in the massively popular cult British franchise based on the real-life story of Carlton Leach and the Range Rover murders, having previously directed Rise of the Footsoldier: Origins.
The franchise is a considerably strong performer on home entertainment, having sold over 1.2 million DVD and Blu-ray units to date.
Rise of the Footsoldier: Vengeance is exclusively in cinemas Nationwide from 15 September.
